Koffi Edoh

Koffi Edoh was a Senior Education Specialist with the World Bank for 10 years until he retired in 2001. During his tenure at the Bank, he was part of the Human Development Thematic Group, and worked in the World Bank Institute and the African Region. Mr. Edoh joined the Bank in 1991 and was placed at the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) based in Harare, Zimbabwe where he served as a Policy Advisor to the Foundation until he moved to the Headquarters of the Bank in Washington DC in 1995. Before joining the Bank, Mr. Edoh was a teacher a high school principal, and a university lecturer. He was also Minister of Technical Education and Vocational Training in the Government of his native country of Togo. Presently, he is a consultant with the Bank. Mr. Edoh holds a Ph.D in Physics from the University of Arizona.
