In last month’s newsletter, we announced our 2017 TIRF Alatis Prize awardee. For her article entitled, “Producing Change and Stability: A Scalar Analysis of Paraguayan Bilingual Education Policy Implementation” (Linguistics and Education, Volume 34), Dr. Katherine Mortimer (Assistant Professor, University of Texas at El Paso), was named as this year’s recipient of the TIRF Alatis Prize.

We are pleased to share with our readers that Dr. Mortimer’s article is now available free of charge on the publisher’s website. We would like to both recognize and thank our colleagues at Elsevier for making this possible. Please click here to read and/or download Dr. Mortimer’s article.
