Africa ELTA 2026 Conference Set for Nairobi, Kenya

Africa ELTA is pleased to announce its upcoming annual conference, which will take place from May 29–31, 2026 in Nairobi, Kenya, hosted in collaboration with Zetech University. This event will bring together English language teaching professionals, researchers, and stakeholders from across Africa and beyond to engage in meaningful dialogue, share innovative practices, and strengthen networks that support the advancement of English language education.
The conference theme, “Carving a Way Forward,” highlights Africa ELTA’s commitment to fostering collaboration and promoting excellence in language education. Participants will have the opportunity to attend plenary sessions, workshops, and panel discussions led by distinguished experts in the field. In addition, the conference will provide a platform for educators to showcase classroom innovations, research findings, and community-based initiatives that address local and global challenges in English language teaching.
