Africa English Language Teachers Association (Africa ELTA) and The International Research Foundation for English Language Education (TIRF) are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking the beginning of a collaborative relationship between the two organizations.

The two organizations bring complementary strengths to this relationship— Africa ELTA through its expansive network of educators and professional development initiatives across the African continent and TIRF through its focus on research, funding, and dissemination.
