The OLLReN 4th Annual Online Conference, organized by the Laureate-Cambridge Online Language Learning Research Network (OLLReN) in association with the IATEFL Learning Technologies SIG (LTSIG), gives both experienced and early-career researchers from around the world a place to share their work on the impact of technology to support language learning. The interactive format allows for both presentation and discussion of research and its implications.
Conference organizers are currently accepting proposals for this year’s conference. The theme of the 2019 event is “Research into Using Technology for Language Learning.” Proposals are due July 22, 2019. Click here to learn more.
A true global event, the 2018 OLLReN Online Conference was a great success, with participants from more than 30 countries watching the event live online. The eleven presentations by fourteen leading language education experts provided rich content and useful insights for researchers and practitioners alike. Such a positive experience is expected for the 2019 OLLReN conference.
Founded in 2015 by Laureate International Universities and Cambridge University Press, the Online Language Learning Research Network (OLLReN) is a virtual research institute focused on supporting research into online language learning.
