To help demonstrate the “I” in “TIRF,” we maintain the “TIRF Alumni” map. Using Google’s services, each year we add our newest grantees to the map by sharing their names, hometowns, information about their studies, and a link to summaries of the awardees’ research.
As of October 2020, TIRF’s programs have resulted in supporting 155 grantees from many regions of the world. Some examples of where our grant recipients come from include Australia, Cambodia, Chile, Colombia, England, Iran, Germany, Ghana, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, Sudan, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam.
