We are pleased to announce that Xiaoxin Damerow has joined The International Research Foundation for English Language Education (TIRF) as its new Executive Assistant. With her appointment, TIRF continues to strengthen its capacity to support global English language education and research initiatives.

In her new role, Xiaoxin will provide key administrative and executive support to the Foundation. Her responsibilities include managing communications with stakeholders, overseeing donor and scholarship recipient records, contributing to TIRF’s digital presence through website and social media updates, and assisting in fundraising and development activities. She will also help coordinate TIRF’s grant and award programs and support the organization’s initiatives in China, including helping to manage a team of interns.
Xiaoxin brings a rich professional background in translation, localization, and executive coordination. She holds a Master of Arts in Translation and Localization Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, as well as a Master of Translation and Interpretation from Sichuan International Studies University. Her experience spans corporate translation, multilingual content management, and global project coordination. Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, Xiaoxin is well-positioned to facilitate TIRF’s cross-cultural engagement and operational excellence.
